Aevus, a leader in providing digital omni-channel platforms, required a mobile app to enhance the experience of attendees at large-scale events hosted by professional associations. The Association Events App was developed to support various features such as event registration, programme browsing, session scheduling, and networking opportunities. The app was designed to offer participants the convenience of managing their event experience from their mobile devices, providing real-time updates, access to event materials, and enhanced communication with other attendees.

Our team created a robust mobile application that integrates seamlessly with Aevus’s backend systems, enabling efficient event management and participant engagement. The app also includes an admin portal that allows event organisers to manage sessions, exhibitors, and participant information with ease.

THE PROBLEM

Professional associations hosting large-scale events faced significant challenges in providing participants with a seamless and engaging experience. The reliance on a cloud-based desktop system made it difficult for attendees to access event information, browse the programme, and manage their schedules conveniently.
