Reliance High-Tech, a leading provider of security technology solutions, required a robust digital platform to enhance the safety of lone workers in high-risk environments. The Lone Worker Safety App was developed to meet this need, providing real-time location tracking, emergency SOS alerts, and continuous communication to ensure the well-being of isolated workers. The app was designed to comply with BS8484:2022 standards, offering advanced features such as fall detection, welfare checks, and automated incident reporting.

The app is equipped with fall detection technology that automatically recognises when a fall has occurred. If a fall is detected, the app triggers an alert and initiates a call to the monitoring centre, ensuring that the worker receives immediate assistance.

Automated Welfare Checks:

The app allows for automated welfare checks, prompting care workers to confirm their safety at regular intervals. If a check is missed, the app automatically triggers an alert, ensuring that no incident goes unnoticed.
